Instrucciones
Pelar las patatas y cortarlas en dados pequeños( he ulilizado en Nicer Dicer) va muy bien, freirlas un poco en el aceite y meclar con los huevos batidos.
Poner la sarten al fuego(esto es obvio) jejejjejej y hechar la mezcla cuando este casi cuajado el huevo dar la vuerta y listo
